ALMy absolute favorite breakfast spot in EPCOT! I stop here almost every time I'm in the park.
Beyond delicious breakfast items you can also get amazing desserts and drinks, and even whole French baguettes!
I highly recommend the Raspberry Macaron if you need to satisfy a sweet tooth 😋

Say hello to School Bread—a soft, sweet bun filled with creamy custard and topped with coconut. You’ll find this gem at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion.
The cast member told me it’s one of the most popular pastries in all of Disney World and, I mean, I think that makes totally sense. It’s very yummy but do you think it’s worth the hype? 🤔

MAMUST TRY Ice Cream in EPCOT
This dessert in EPCOT, released at the end of 2023, was hardly promoted until last summer! And trust me, you NEED it!
The L’Artisan des Glaces in France is home to this delicious treat-
Pressed Brioche Ice Cream Sandwich (or Croque Glaces)!
Made with a fresh (literally fresh- made same day in the Les Halles Boulangerie) brioche, topped with ice cream (you pick the flavor from their usual 16!), and then layered with one of three sauces (salted caramel, raspberry and chocolate)
This was an incredible mix of warm bread, raspberry sauce (our sauce of choice!), and vanilla ice cream. For only $9.50, all three of us shared this delectable dessert in France and can’t wait to head back for another one!
If you are interested in a standard dessert, you can find ice cream, macarons, Cafe Glace, waffle bowls and an Ice Cream Martini from the same location!
To get to L’Artisan des Glaces - walk into the main section of France towards the Beauty and The Beast sing-along, and make the first left down the alley. It’ll be on your left and may have a small line- we waited for around 10 minutes!

ELThis is one of my biggest issues about spending the morning at EPCOT!! Normally, we purchase park hopper tickets and head over in the afternoon because of this exact issue 👇
There’s barely any food options before 11am! If you are heading to EPCOT in the morning to hit up some popular rides and make the most of your Lightning Lane Multi pass, you need to eat before you arrive at the park OR reserve a table-service breakfast to get a full meal!
The food and drink kiosks in the World Showcase are pretty vacant and closed until about 11am… the only areas that are open are the rides (Frozen Ever After and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure), character meet n’ greets, some shops and maybe 1-2 kiosks for breakfast snacks. THAT’S IT! Don’t expect there to be food options in every country of the World Showcase, and you might have to travel pretty far to find an option that works for your family…
You really need to PLAN for your breakfast and coffee options when at EPCOT in the morning, because they are few and far between.. PLUS the lines at the front of the park are incredibly long for coffee, so I would come already caffeinated or stop at the Joffrey’s at the front entrance of the park 🤗
After 11am though? It’s game on! And there are tons of offerings, which makes sense why the afternoons and evenings get so busy at EPCOT!

KAStory time for the School Bread in Norway…. The lady in line in front of us flew out from Kentucky THAT MORNING to buy some school bread & was immediately flying back home. So I was really expecting this school bread to be the BEST thing I had ever tried at a Disney park.
& it was okay- but maybe my expectations were too high. The texture was good but the flavor was very simple: it would be a great dessert for people who don’t love overly sweet things. Which is not me- I LOVE sweets, so the chocolate chip cookie stole the show for me.
Have you tried the school bread?! I need to know if I am the minority here.
