BLUEBERRY KOMBUCHA 🫐🫙 how to make kombucha pt 3 I’m sorry this took so long to post!! The final step when making kombucha is taking the fermented tea and adding fruit! This adds flavor and creates carbonation because fruit contains sugars that the yeast eats and produces CO2! I like to blend together about 1 cup of fruit with 2-3 tbsp of liquid (water, lemon or lime juice), and if the fruit isn’t too sweet a little honey. Let it sit in a dark spot for three days then keep refrigerated. If you let it sit any longer, too much carbonation will build up and your tea may explode like in those viral videos lol. Also, if you have two full SCOBYs like I did, you can discard one or use it to start a separate batch! Don’t forget to reserve one cup of liquid to kickstart your next batch. Viene tessuta dai batteri (principalmente del genere Acetobacter) che creano una fitta rete di fibre resistenti per proteggere la colonia e restare a galla, dove c’è più ossigeno. 🔮SCOBY🔮 - 1L acqua - 15g te Nero e verde - 100g zucchero - 200ml kombucha non pastorizzata e non filtrata ‼️massimo igiene ‼️contenitore capiente con tanto spazio di aria tra il liquidò e la bocca del contenitore ‼️dipende dalle temperature, impiegherà tra i 10 e i 15 giorni per formarsi, aspetta che sia abbastanza spesso per avviare la tua kombucha . #homemade #kombucha #scoby #fermentation
