I have had so many messages asking me to show to use this exercise, I promise you, it’s not as scary as it looks 🤪 If you face both ways using this machine, depending on what you are wanting to work! If your facing forward, this will mainly work your quads. If you face the other way, this work your glutes and hamstrings! After stepping onto the platform, lean back onto the machine with a flat back and find a comfortable spot for your shoulders. Place your feet shoulder width in front of you and and release the bar! Using slow and controlled moments, squat like you normally would and with your core engaged! This is an absolute killer and an exercise I love on leg days!
