South Korea is THE skincare capital of the world. The treatments are advanced, the doctors are top-tier, and the prices? Half or even a quarter of what they’d be in the U.S.
This is my second time traveling to Seoul for skincare / healthcare and I hired @himedi_global to help organize everything for me - they are a FREE medical tourism concierge service.
Himedi also offered a discount code ‘HiElona’ for 10% off any packages on their website (except for the health check) 🙌🏼
Skincare Overview at @kleam_global:
✔️ Skin Analysis (3D Metaview) - $70 - identify specific skin concerns and create a personalized skincare or treatment plan.
✔️ Titanium 60KJ (Entire Face): $412 - Stimulates collagen production to reduce wrinkles, improve skin texture, and tighten skin.
✔️ Shurink Universe F - $223 - Korean equivalent to Ulthera. Lifts and tightens skin in specific areas and improves contour.
✔️ PHA Skincare Treatment - $55 - exfoliant facial - improves skin texture, brightness, and hydration with minimal irritation.
If you’re interested in injectables, in many clinics things like botox start at $20-30 per area.
Healthcheck at KMI included things like:
⭕️ Blood work – Full panel, including liver, kidney, diabetes, tumor markers.
⭕️ Heart check – EKG + heart rate variability screening.
⭕️ Abdominal ultrasound
⭕️ Chest X-ray + cancer screenings – mammogram and cervical cancer check for women.

The process was very straightforward: I changed into a cute pink outfit and was given an identifier card. From there, I went door to-door, scanning my card at each station to complete the screenings. There are about 30 screenings in total. The whole process took about 1.5 hours, and we received our results in a week. The basic package is $360, and they have even more comprehensive packages available.
