It was SUCH a good class but don’t let the Pilates reformer fool you…it is not a soft girl workout class.
Very core focused (which I should have known I guess) but still slow and controlled movements. No burpees in sight.
It’s cheaper than a Pilates membership and way more of a workout than anything I do on my own at the gym.
Have you been to a solidcore class? What did you think?
