The role gradually evolved in a direction different from the original expectations.
My core strengths were not being utilized effectively in the revised scope.
We mutually agreed it was better to seek a more aligned opportunity 🤝
Shift expectations changed 🌙
Initially, the role was planned for a regular working shift.
Later, it required permanent US shift support due to client needs.
This didn’t align with my long-term availability, so I decided to move on ⏳
Role was more operational than expected ⚙️
The position was discussed as a hands-on technical role during interviews.
However, the actual work turned out to be more operational and support-focused.
I’m now looking for a role with deeper technical ownership and growth 📈
Business / restructuring reasons 🏢
The organization went through internal restructuring shortly after I joined.
As part of this, the project scope was reduced.
Multiple roles, including mine, were impacted due to business reasons 📉
Client tech stack mismatch 💻
The client transitioned to a newer technology stack during the project.
It required immediate and extensive hands-on experience in that stack.
Given the timelines, they preferred someone already specialized in it ⚡
Dependency on onsite team 🌍
The client increased dependency on onsite and overlapping time-zone teams.
Remote support became less effective for their delivery model.
As a result, the team structure was adjusted 🔄
