Just a few minutes daily can naturally boost thyroid health and overall well-being! ✅ 1️⃣ Neck Up & Down Movement ✅ Purpose: Boosts blood flow around the thyroid gland, improves oxygen and nutrient supply, and supports hormone activity. 🤔 How to Do: - Sit or stand straight. - Slowly move your head up, looking toward the ceiling. - Then gently bring your chin down toward your chest. - Keep movements slow and controlled. 🔁 Repeat 8–10 times, once or twice daily. 2️⃣ Neck Stretch with Jaw Movement ✅ Purpose: Stimulates the thyroid area, improves circulation, enhances lymph flow, and relieves throat and jaw tension. 🤔 How to Do: - Sit or stand tall. - Tilt your head upwards, looking at the ceiling. - While holding that position, gently move your jaw as if chewing. - Breathe normally. 🔁 Hold for 10–15 seconds.
