TICost to build this container restaurant!!! Is it more or less than you expected?
The most expensive part of this restaurant build was securing the shipping containers. Even though the restaurant only makes up half the containers which is the top floor, the bottom floor still houses a salon, spa and an office.
Our budget of N35mil, covers everything to set up the build from ground up all the fittings and accessories with finishes except the furniture.
In my opinion the only way to achieve a build with this type of budget, is to be able to build it fast and this is where shipping containers become a good option...
