Mas existe uma diferença importante ⚠️ 👉🏻 Por que o cross pode ser superior em alguns pontos? 📌 ⁠O cabo gera tensão constante, ou seja, o músculo está o tempo todo estimulado sendo trabalhado. 📌 ⁠Proporciona mais estabilidade na execução, o que ajuda a manter o movimento controlado e seguro. 📌 ⁠Permite maior potencial de carga, já que você tem o auxílio da máquina para alinhar o movimento e pode explorar melhor a sobrecarga. ➡️ Mas isso não significa que com halteres ou barra esteja errado, viu? 👉🏻 Com o halter/barra: 📌 Você trabalha muito os músculos estabilizadores, exigindo mais controle. 📌 É uma forma excelente de variar os estímulos. 📌 Também é eficiente para hipertrofia quando bem aplicado. ✅ Conclusão: não existe certo ou errado. Tricep dips!👇⁣ ⁣ Are they my favorite way to work triceps?⁣ ⁣ No. But I also understand that they’re extremely convenient because they require no equipment + aren’t as advanced as other bodyweight tricep-focused exercises.⁣ ⁣ So, if they’re in your rotation, let’s at least do them correctly!⁣ ⁣ Here are the three biggest mistakes I typically see:⁣ ⁣ ❌ elbows flaring out- we want elbows going straight back, not out to the side. Hands should be just outside your hips.⁣ ⁣ ❌ shoulders rounding forward- keep that chest high and bring your shoulders back! ⁣ ⁣ ❌hips too far forward- hips should be moving straight down and stay close to the bench⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Do you struggle with any of these?
