Here, we assess esophageal movements in patients with complaints like difficulty in swallowing or food sticking by performing HRM (high resolution) esophageal manometry, helping diagnose the causes of difficulty in swallowing. 😊 Sometimes, in complaints related to defecation disorders, we also diagnose the underlying condition by evaluating patients’ anal functions using anorectal manometry. 🤓 📹✅Today, I wanted to share a pleasant procedure where we diagnosed type 2 achalasia in a patient with difficulty in swallowing through esophageal manometry. 🤗 Being able to provide accurate and effective solutions to our patients with these types of diagnostic methods is invaluable to us. 🙏🏻 I wish you a healthy and enjoyable weekend! Former Town Councilman.(Public servant for consecutive terms.). I worked for Sysco corporation for 18 years and did very well! I have two beautiful children who are adults now.. long story but I had a massive pulmonary embolism bilateral all lobes and engineered 2012 I had to retire after it exacerbated MCAS and hEDS- illnesses, I had all my life, but we’re triggered severely. I love to sing, especially with my kids when we were traveling, or holidays, especially Christmas! As a result of the massive PE doctors can explain, but I have vocal fold, inflammation, and vocal court paresis… I also have bilateral torturous carotid arteries, four days at the NIH head of ENT did an upper endoscopy, he said, do you have a protruding mass that’s pulsating in the back of your esophagus?… I watched he did the example one with two other doctors.- if you’re interested in learning more about my resilient fight against these illnesses, about being an ambassador for these illnesses and also for a genetic mutation that I believe is responsible for my symptoms also. 22k songs recorded in about eight years. This may just have saved my life because I started collecting different thing, artwork, coins guns.. but this is what gives me great joy! When you have the opportunity to sing with others who are so talented- and they appreciate you….. Well, isn’t that as simple as life should be- just kindness!
