AMStruggling to foil through your tacks? These 3 tips might help!
1. Speed is your friend. As you are turning through the wind, speed will give you more time to carve round without dropping off foil.
2. Push the backhand slightly before letting go. This helps the wing over your head and into the new riding position.
3. Wait until your board is facing in the new direction before powering up the wing. If you put the power on too soon you will stall and drop off foil.
Bonus tip - make sure you’re riding with an overhand grip.
