It doesn’t work… until you stay consistent ⤵️ ✨ Benefits of 10k steps: • Boosted my daily calorie burn • Reduced inflammation + joint pain • Cleared my head & lowered stress • Built the discipline of showing up every day ⚡ What I added alongside walking: • Prioritized high-protein meals • Slowly added strength training • Tracking my progress weekly (not daily) • Mindset shifts → focusing on lifestyle, not quick fixes 👟 10k steps is how I started & it helped me drop weight quick because I didn’t have consistent workout experience back then. But today, if I only did 10k steps, I wouldn’t see progress. The truth is, you’ll have to keep changing up your routine throughout your fitness journey. Walking built my foundation, but I had to add strength training, better nutrition & mindset shifts to keep moving forward. Small steps add up to big changes, you got this 🫶☺️
