One of the biggest reasons people skip workouts is decision fatigue. When you wake up and start thinking: “What should I wear?” “Should I go today?” “Maybe I’ll go later…” Next thing you know the whole day is gone. Daylight savings just started which means more daylight after work. If you work a 9–5, you literally have more time now to get outside and walk. No excuses. We are officially on a 104 day countdown to summer. Your body should already be in the crockpot cooking. So if you didn’t walk today… cool. I went from 240 lbs to 145 lbs in 12 months without a medication. Weight loss becomes 10x easier when you realize these 5 things: 1️⃣ You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. You don’t have to start with 10000 steps a day and 5 workouts a week. You can start with a 10 minute walk, whatever sounds manageable, and level up over time. 2️⃣ You can lose weight without suffering. I didn’t cut carbs, sugar, or my favourite meals while dropping 95 lbs. I found a way to work treats and food I love into my plan, not a “cheat” from the plan. 3️⃣ Consistency beats intensity.
