▪️INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp oil
300 gms chicken
2 garlic chopped
100 gms prawns
half cup mushroom
1 & half tsp black pepper
half tsp salt
1 cup cabbage
1 small bell pepper(capsicum)
1 cup carrots (julienned)
2 tbsp spring onions
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce (sriracha or any chili sauce)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 chicken cube
1 tbsp sugar
2 litres water (8 cups)
Cornflour slurry (1 cup water +5 tbsp cornflour)
2 eggs beaten

AB19B Soup Recipe (Lahore Style)
This is the ultimate soup you need to try. I’m tired of gate keeping it.
Ingredients:
• Chicken (small pieces)
• Prawns
• Shiitake + regular mushrooms
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp regular soy sauce
• Salt & black pepper
• Chicken broth
• Carrots (sliced)
• Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + water)
• 2 eggs
• Green onions
Method:
1. Fry chicken, prawns, and both mushrooms.
2. Add dark soy + regular soy sauce.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add carrots.
6. Mix in cornstarch slurry to thicken.
7. Slowly pour in 2 eggs; wait a few seconds, then stir.
8. Top with green onions and serve hot.

DE𝟏𝟗𝐁 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐏 (𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞)
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Oil 2 tablespoons
Chicken Breast 1 (cut into very small cubes)
Prawns 6-7 (tail & shell removed, cut into small chunks)
Carrot 1/2 (medium sized, chopped)
Shiitake Mushroom 4 (chopped) or any mushroom
Cremini mushrooms 2 (chopped) or any mushroom
Garlic (minced) 3 cloves
Chicken Stock 4 glass
Chicken Powder 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder 1/4 teaspoon
Oyster Sauce 1.5 tablespoons
Dark Soya Sauce 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Chilli / Sriracha Sauce 1 tablespoon
Egg (beaten) 1
Spring onion (green part, chopped) for garnish
Cornflour Slurry as required (4 tablespoons heaped cornflour mixed with 4 tablespoons of water)
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Prepare all the ingredients beforehand and set them aside. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 10-15 seconds until fragrant.
Add in chicken, sauté it for 2-3 minutes until colour changes to white. Add sliced mushrooms and carrots; sauté it for couple of minutes. When done, pour chicken stock in the pot and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Stir in chicken powder, black pepper powder, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, chilli / sriracha Sauce in the simmering stock. Check seasoning and adjust it to your liking and taste.
To thicken the soup, gradually add the cornstarch slurry to the simmering soup, whisking/mixing continuously to prevent lumps. Pour slowly, maintaining a steady whisk until the desired consistency is achieved.
Thoroughly cook the soup for several minutes after adding the slurry to eliminate the raw taste of the flour. When done, add prawns to the soup and give it a good stir.
Note: Add prawns towards the end to prevent overcooking.
Now to create egg ribbons just like you find it in the restaurant soup, pour the beaten egg slowly into the simmering soup in a slow stream.
Mix gently to avoid breaking the ribbons. Simmer undisturbed for 1 minute, allowing eggs to cook.
Delicious restaurant quality 19 B Soup is ready now, turn off the heat and serve it hot with Garlic bread or crackers of your choice and enjoy.

MAthe soup season is finally here 😍🍜 - try my super comforting hot and sour soup recipe which is almost like the 19b soup you get at restaurants 🤍
Recipe:
Water filled pot medium sized (3-4 large jugs)
250g chicken chest piece with or without bone
2-4 garlic cloves and ginger pieces
1 whole onion
Small piece of ginger
1tsp Salt & 1tsp black pepper
-Let this simmer until the chicken is done. Now remove everything and shred the chicken pieces
-Add shredded chicken back in the pot along with
1 large capsicum diced, 1-2 carrots diced, half a small cabbage roughly chopped
Chopped mushrooms (optional)
Corns
2 or 3 chicken cubes, 1tsp chicken powder ( or as you prefer)
Now add vinegar 4-5 tbsp
soy & chilli sauce 1/4cup each or as per taste
Any dark soy sauce 1/4cup or as per taste
Add 1cup corn starch mixed with room temp water and keep stirring
If this doesn’t look enough add more the same way to adjust consistency
Add 3 beaten eggs and gently mix
Please adjust the sauces and salt according to your taste if your prefer less
Serving: this recipe serves around 10 people
