TRX pulls (12 reps, 3 sets) - Focus on 4 different variants. The W-pull, the V-pull, the I-pull and lastly the U-pull. - 2. Dumbbell trap shrugs (10 reps, 3 sets) - Squeeze your shoulder blades hard together on this one and hold for 1s. - 3. Sawing w/band (15 reps each hand, 3 sets) - Keep your elbow and shoulder blade pinned back and down. Imagine dragging the band across the floor and squeeze your back throughout the whole movement. - 4. Rear delt flyes (15 reps, 3 sets) - Have a good posture on this one by keeping your chest up and shoulder blades retracted. Now pull back by leading with your elbows.
