RE🏃🏽♂️🗽 #RunClubsOfNY newest highlight is the early morning crew @AlmostFridayRunClub.
You can join AFRC by showing up to Morton Street and the West Side Highway on Thursdays at 7:00am.
Earlier this year, co-founders Ben (@ben_lorry), Graham (@graham__ferguson), Victor (@vic_zee) & David (@chalmdaddy) organized a group run. I call these guys the Core 4, I hope it sticks.
It turned into a “bring a friend” situation and Quickly grew from there.
There are no pace groups, its an easy ~5K route with a walk break in the middle. They grab coffee together afterwards.
