If there’s a fitness cancer, it’s the propagation of exercise that creates imbalance in the body. The majority of “science-based lifters” rely on archaic methods and ideas that don’t take into consideration the knowledge we have today.
With all the new information regarding human movement, the importance of fascia, and how muscles should mostly work together and not individually, we must reconsider how we go about training our bodies.
People like Mike don’t understand how fitness needs to respect the gait cycle. This idea seems so foreign to the industry because they were never taught from this foundation to begin with.

BOLet’s convert Brave Troops Commander, aka their take on a third-party masterpiece-scaled Rise of the Beasts Optimus Prime. What a mouthful (lol) and what a great toy. Easily one of my favorites when it comes to this rendition of Optimus Prime. I had a not-so-great experience with the Lucky Cat figure of the same character and expected something similar, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The details on the BT figure put LC to shame. Same thing for the transformation. LC feels stiff and archaic compared to this guy. The transformation is certainly not easy and not something that I’d do to decompress lol. It’s highly involved and must follow a very specific order of operation, but I think the payoff is great. Also, it does a better job than most when it comes to hiding the legs in the back. Overall, a great second outing by the Brave Troops team and a nice companion to their Bumblebee. #rotb #optimusprime #transformers #thirdpartytransformers
