Both uppers allow smoke to pass through quickly, showing excellent airflow—a big plus for long races and hot conditions.
❌ Big surprise (in a bad way): Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4
Very little smoke escapes. Breathability is limited, which isn’t a problem in winter… but something to seriously consider for summer racing.
Bottom line 🏁
If you’re racing in warm weather or prone to overheating, upper ventilation matters. Carbon speed is useless if your feet feel like they’re in a sauna.
