All realistic excuses as to why your struggling to get in shape but this is how we overcame all of the above to achieve these incredible results with team member @johnskelton_ Firstly, when already feeling busy and stressed the last thing you need is additional workload. So my job here is to make @johnskelton_ life easier when it came to building out his programmes. Based purely off what @johnskelton_ liked to eat, I helped him build something quick, easy and repeatable. Whilst still holding enjoyment at the forefront of my working. Training, we built this in at times that worked for him. I kept it through the week to allow him to keep his weekends free to spend time with family as with busy work weeks, this time was important. Things were never pushed to extremes as it’s about getting the most out of the least. With @johnskelton_ being someone who through all his life lives to high standards, his work ethic was never questioned. The issue here wasn’t he was lazy. He just didn’t have the right systems in place to achieve the outcomes he deserved. So I just thought this video would do a good job of explaining to the ‘what about gear’ comments we get when talking about nutrition, cardio and consistency when getting lean. Who’d have thought these are essential regardless eh? If you have never got lean, it’s a cope a to just think you are clever to say it’s gear. Your body says all we need to know about whether you can eat, train right and be consistent.
