Of the 6,841 complaints reviewed and 6,117 ads scrutinised, 98% of the ads processed needed fixing. Here's a quick look at the findings: - 97% of violations were on digital media - 76% of top influencers scrutinised did not adhere to transparency guidelines on paid partnerships - 4,859 ads were disallowed by law — mostly for illegal betting. - Personal care, healthcare, food and beverage, and education also featured prominently The good news is that voluntary compliance is rising.
