Za pár korun a úsilí, si můžete doma připravit elixír na všechny neduhy, podporu zdraví i prevenci. Věděli to už i naše babičky, jen my na to občas zapomínáme. (nebo hledáme zkratky) Ať už jste biohacker, sportovec, malíř nebo obyčejný člověk jako já a jíte maso, vývar by měl být součástí vaše pestrého jídelníčku a teď v zimě především. Zde je recept na moji zimní verzi: SUROVINY -hovězí kosti i s masem (na 4-5 litrů vývaru jsem použil cca 2 kg) -kořenovka (volte podle chuti nebo toho co máte zrovna po ruce, nehroťte to) -koření (badyán, skořice, koriandrové semínko, nové koření, bobkový list) -řasa kombu (pokud neseženete, nevadí, vývar bude geniální i bez ní) -keltská sůl podle chuti POSTUP Kosti opečte do zlatohnědé barvy. Poslete do hrnce i s výpekem, zeleninou a kořením. Přiveďte k varu a opatrně odeberte pěnu. Pokud jste použili i řasu tak ji teď vytáhněte, stačí ji chvilka. Vývar vařte 12-16 hodin ideálně přes noc na nízkém stupni. Pak nechte chvili odstát, přeceďte a skladujte ve sklenicích a v chladu.
