✅ Step 1: Decide the shipping method
• Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off): Vehicles and equipment that can move on wheels.
• Breakbulk / Heavy Lift: Oversized machines loaded using cranes.
• Flat Rack / Open Top Container: When container support is required.
✅ Step 2: Packaging & securing
For heavy cargo, packaging is not just “covering”—it’s safety.
• Use wooden skids, pallets, steel frames
• Do rust protection, waterproof covering, and proper labeling
• Do lashing and blocking to prevent movement during sea waves
• Follow ISPM-15 rules for wooden packing

• Arrange transport to port, cranes, and loading supervision
• After customs clearance, cargo is loaded and shipped
