Das heißt: Wir müssen als Bundesgesetzgeber ständig hinter der Von-der-Leyen-EU aufräumen! 💡La CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) ha l’obiettivo di rafforzare e uniformare l’informativa extra-finanziaria delle imprese, al fine di predisporre un linguaggio comune che consenta di confrontarsi in materia di sostenibilità nei vari settori aziendali. Per poter raggiungere tale obiettivo, gli standard emanati da EFRAG, ovvero gli standard ESRS, individuano 12 temi di sostenibilità di cui 2 generali, 5 ambientali, 4 sociali e 1 di governance. 🌱 L’ESRS E4 è lo standard dedicato a “biodiversità ed ecosistemi”, che attraverso la CSRD richiede di analizzare e pubblicare informazioni delle aziende sugli impatti, i rischi e le opportunità in materia di biodiversità. Nello specifico, spiega come agire per mitigare i propri impatti e gestire i rischi (fisici, di transizione, sistemici) e le opportunità, illustrando la politica delle aziende sulla biodiversità, i loro obiettivi e le azioni intraprese.
