AFI think my Chicken Biryani went to war with my onions 😭😂 but it still slapped ngl!
Used @puremountainke Mega fry Canola oil because it has less saturated fats

Ingredients;
Rice
Chicken
Coriander & Mint- A handful
Limau
Ginger & garlic paste
Tomato paste
Maziwa Lala
Onions
Blended tomatoes
Paprika
Curry spice
Tumeric
Black pepper
Biryani mix
Salt to taste
Oil @puremountainke
Rangi ya biryani/ Rangi ya viazi karai

-The onions play a very big role in how the biryani will taste so don’t burn them 😆
- There 2 ways to prepare (1.Where you just put the Biryani mix ,a handful of mint & Coriander leaves and you have the desired flavor)
(2. Where you marinate with spices just as I did and at the end added abit of Biryani mix just to top up the flavor) Therefore choose your poison wisely 👌🏾
- In measuring I prefer using my eyes but if you don’t know how to use your eyes you can just google the required measurements for each spice so that you get the desired flavor
- The rice spices I allowed them to boil with water for like 10mins then I removed them just before I added the rice
