Just imagine—if we feel so disturbed, then what must the animal go through in its final moments?
Food is not just calories or nutrients. It carries an energy, a vibration.
When we eat the flesh of animals killed brutally, we unknowingly also ingest their fear, stress, and suffering.

When I changed my diet, I started paying closer attention…
I am ashamed to admit that my mouth used to water when I thought of a bucket of wings.
I gobbled ribs without thinking of whose back they were carved from. 🐖
I loved bacon but had no place in my conscience for the pig.
I didn’t see that leg of lamb as part of a baby not too unlike a puppy.
Sorry, I don’t mean to be dramatic here.
Just thinking of words and how I was so numb to them.
How I bought into a food system built on cold-hearted, money-making, industrial commodification of animals. 💔
I’m not numb anymore. 🌱✨
It was hard to open my eyes and see the truth. 👀
Sometimes it’s maddening beyond measure, and I often feel alone in a meat-loving world.
My heart is full and breaking for all the animals who are destined to become our food.
My deepest bow goes to anyone who rescues and gives them sanctuary, anyone who spares an animal from suffering in whatever unique way they can. 🐮🐔🐑🐷🦆

THI felt compelled to make this video after the horrific attack on the Jewish community in Australia yesterday.
To know that people want to destroy other human beings simply because of how they were born: whether Jewish, Black, Muslim, gay, or anything else, is what genuinely breaks my heart the most. To take life for the sole reason that it exists is something I will never be able to understand.
I often find myself deeply saddened after scrolling on social media and witnessing the endless hate, racism, antisemitism, and cruelty in the world. What triggers me just as much is seeing how many people glorify it and monetize it. How many influencers and podcasters build platforms rooted in division, fear, and dehumanization.
I don’t know how people can be so cruel. I don’t know how some people sleep at night.
But what I do know is this: there is still far more goodness than darkness.
When I share videos about love, animal rescue, joy, and hope, it’s not because I’m naive to the pain of the world. It’s because I refuse to let the darkness convince me that love doesn’t matter. Hate may be loud and contagious, but it never wins. If anything, it only strengthens communities, faith, and the bonds between people.
Whatever God you believe in, if you believe at all: I don’t believe we were put here to destroy God’s creations. The entitlement to take life because of personal hatred is what scares me most about the world.
And while this is a world I wish didn’t have to exist as it does, as long as I’m here, my commitment will remain the same:
to lead with love,
to choose compassion,
and to spread as much light as I possibly can.
I love you. Genuinely.
No matter what. No matter who.
I choose love. 🤍
