CHSad to see the family van go but she’s in the good hands of @carsofqueens. With over 300k miles the van has been in the family since she was new and it’s amazing what a little maintenance like 5k mile oil changes can do.
Since the tires were dry rotted and dangerous, I got some @nittotire grapplers which will be perfect for the van! I cannot wait to see her restored!
Do you guys ever get an emotional connection to a car or is it just an object to get you from A to B?

CHBringing your car in for a full synthetic oil change is getting very expensive so I partnered with Mobil1 to show you how to easily do it yourself. I bought everything on Amazon and I will link the tools and products in my bio so you can easily find them. I am using Mobil1’s 0w20 which has additives designed specifically for cars over 75k miles and this oil protects up to 20k miles between oil changes but make sure you change your oil based on your manufacturer’s recommendations. When changing your oil you also want to make sure you replace the crush washer to prevent leaks and make sure you change the oil filter and O-ring every time you do an oil change so any dirt or debris in the oil can get filtered out and wont cause wear in the engine. Oil changes are fun and easy to do and in this case I am able to use high quality oil and a high quality filter and still save money over having a shop do it for me!

CHI recently found my first barn find that has been stored in this barn since 1998 and it is a _______... well you guys have to figure that out.
In the meantime, here are some hints. I am installing some @KumhoTires Ecsta v730 255/40r17 tires which have amazing grip and look really street-performance aggressive which matches this car perfectly. I am also installing new wheels, fuel filter, air filter, slave cylinder, 12v lithium battery, and fluids... Hopefully we can get this car started because I can tell you after @wddetailing cleaned it, it looks brand new. Will I be able to get it running? Find out soon (I still don’t know haha)!
