Easy Healthy Chicken Stir Fry! 418 calories per serving - 56g protein / 38g carbs / 7g fat Chicken & Rice that actually tastes good! A perfect high volume meal and one of my favorite Post workout meals💪🏽 So quick and easy to make in 20mins, this is also great for meal prep! For the chicken: • 300g raw chicken breast (cut into cubes) • 1 heaping tsp paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp black pepper • 1.5 tbsp sou sauce (i used dark but you can use light) Mix till well combined For the stir fry: • 2 tsp olive oil • 1 medium onion (finely chopped) • 1 medium red bell pepper (chopped) • season again with paprika, garlic powder & pepper • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 cup broccoli • 200g cooked basmati rice (you can add more, i sometimes do 240-280g for 2 servings) • (Optional) sprinkle sesame seeds ENJOY!
