Do you know how many movies and TV shows I could buy with the money I’d spend on streaming services? Yeah, I know…you can get cheaper packages and watch commercials, or get bundles…etc etc That’s called cable TV. And this doesn’t even include everything you want to watch, because shows keep moving around. One service has season 1–2, another has the new season…so now you’re paying $28 a month when you could’ve just bought the entire series for $25 and been done with it. Streaming isn’t cheaper anymore. It’s just cable. Collecting is a hobby. It’s fun. And I actually own this stuff. Also…I like this room. After years of collecting, I finally did it. I scanned in my entire DVD / Blu-ray wall. Right now that wall alone sits at 1,867 movies. And now I can see: • DVD vs Blu-ray • Box sets • Collections • What I already own So when I’m out thrifting or buying bundles, I don’t accidentally grab duplicates anymore. Next up: 📺 TV series 📼 VHS And here’s the real question… Do I cap this wall at 2,000 movies and only keep my absolute favorites? Or do I keep expanding?
