Quando uma criança passa tempo com os avós, não é só memória afetiva sendo construída. É o sistema nervoso aprendendo segurança. Estudos mostram que a presença ativa dos avós está associada a: • menos sintomas de ansiedade em crianças • maior estabilidade emocional • sensação de proteção e pertencimento • maior satisfação com a vida na velhice Na prática, isso significa que: - Quando a avó escuta sem pressa, o cérebro da criança entende que o mundo não é ameaça constante. - Quando o avô conta histórias, fortalece identidade e autoestima. - Quando os avós estão presentes em momentos difíceis, funcionam como amortecedores emocionais. E não é só sobre as crianças. Pesquisas longitudinais mostram que avós que convivem de forma equilibrada com os netos apresentam: • mais propósito de vida • menos solidão • melhor saúde mental • até menor risco de mortalidade ao longo dos anos Conexão intergeracional não é apenas tradição, é fator de proteção biológica. Pesquisadores do Imperial College de Londres publicaram estudos mostrando que o modelo brasileiro de ACS é tão eficaz que o NHS, o sistema de saúde britânico, começou a implementar programas inspirados na nossa Estratégia Saúde da Família. Nos pilotos em Westminster e Battersea, os "Community Health and Wellbeing Workers" — baseados diretamente no nosso ACS — geraram 82% de aumento na realização de exames preventivos e 47% de aumento na vacinação. Em 2026, a revista Nature publicou artigo específico sobre como o modelo brasileiro de ACS está informando as reformas da atenção primária na Inglaterra. Enquanto isso, aqui no Brasil, quem criou esse modelo referência mundial ainda pode ser demitido do dia pra noite, sem estabilidade, sem carreira, sem proteção. É exatamente isso que a PEC 14 quer mudar. Aprovada na Câmara em outubro de 2025 com 446 votos a favor — placar quase unânime — a PEC estabelece: ✅ Fim das contratações temporárias e terceirizadas ✅ Efetivação como servidor estatutário de quem já trabalha ✅ Aposentadoria especial: 57 anos (mulheres) e 60 anos (homens), com 25 anos de contribuição — bem antes da regra geral ✅ Aposentadoria integral com paridade ✅ Municípios têm até 2028 para regularizar os vínculos A PEC agora aguarda votação no Senado. According to President and CEO, Jim Mangia, those grants paid for a black maternal health program that has seen infant mortality rates drop and black maternal deaths drop. Improvement in birth outcomes for black women has increased significantly. Deep federal government cuts made through H.R.1 are jeopardizing the health of millions of Californians, will cost thousands of lives in our state, and make health care less affordable for all. #fightforourhealth
