Same oven, same temp, dinner for six without breaking a sweat. ⁠ ⁠ This is the kind of meal that makes weeknights feel doable. Long day at the office? With the kids? Make it your own and show me how it turns out!⁠ ⁠ TRAY BAKE DINNER: Serves 6 | 400°F | About 25 minutes⁠ ⁠ SPICY, CRISPY CHICKEN:⁠ 6 boneless chicken breasts (8-10 oz each)⁠ 1 cup sour cream⁠ 1 round tablespoon smoked sweet paprika⁠ 2 tablespoons Firelli Italian Hot Sauce (or 3 tablespoons Calabrian chili paste for extra spicy)⁠ Poultry seasoning, salt and pepper⁠ 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs⁠ ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano⁠ 2 tablespoons dried parsley⁠ 2 teaspoons dried oregano⁠ 1 tablespoon granulated garlic⁠ ⁠ Mix sour cream, hot sauce, and paprika. Season chicken, slather with sour cream mixture. Combine panko, cheese, parsley, oregano, and garlic. Top chicken with panko mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.⁠ ⁠ ROASTED GREEN BEANS, TOMATOES AND POTATOES:⁠ 1 pound haricots verts or green beans, trimmed⁠ 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved⁠ 1 ½ pounds small white potatoes, quartered⁠ ¾ cup EVOO (divided)⁠ 4 cloves garlic (1 for beans, 1 for tomatoes, 2 crushed for potatoes)⁠ 1 small lemon, zested and juiced⁠ 2 teaspoons fresh thyme⁠ 3 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped⁠ Salt and pepper⁠ ⁠ Toss beans with ¼ cup EVOO, garlic, lemon juice and zest. Toss tomatoes with ¼ cup EVOO, garlic, and thyme. Toss potatoes with ¼ cup EVOO, crushed garlic, and rosemary. Season everything with salt and pepper. Arrange all three on baking sheet (each taking up about a third of the pan). Roast 20-30 minutes.

Cold weather + a cozy fire = shepherds pie on the menu again! #RecipeBelow #CookingWithRachaelRay POTATOES: 4 large russet potatoes, peeled & cubed 3 tbsp butter ½ cup sour cream 3 tbsp horseradish ¼ cup chives, chopped ¼-⅓ cup milk 2 tsp black pepper 1 cup sharp white cheddar, grated 2 egg yolks, beaten FILLING: 2 tbsp EVOO 2 carrots, ¼” dice 1½ onions, ¼” dice 1 celery rib, ¼” dice 1 bay leaf 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 lbs ground beef (80%) 2 tbsp Worcestershire 2 tbsp beef demi-glace 3 cups beef stock, warmed 2 tbsp flour METHOD: Preheat broiler to medium. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, 15-20 min. Drain & mash smooth. Stir in butter, sour cream, horseradish, chives, milk, pepper & cheddar. Fold in egg yolks. Set aside. Heat oil in deep skillet over med-high. Add carrots, onions, celery & bay leaf. Cook 5 min until softened. Add garlic, cook 1 min. Add beef, brown, 7-10 min. Stir in Worcestershire & demi-glace. Remove bay leaf. Mix flour with 2 tbsp stock until smooth, add to skillet with remaining stock. Simmer 2-3 min until thickened. Transfer filling to 13x9 dish. Top with mashed potatoes, spread to edges. Broil until golden. Serve hot! 🥧

My white bean and veggie soup is all you need #RRSoupSzn #CookingWithRachaelRay #RecipeBelow THE LINEUP: ½ lb ditalini About ¼ cup EVOO, plus more for drizzling 2 (12-14 oz) jars or cans white beans 2 quarts vegetable or chicken stock, divided 2 carrots, finely chopped 2 ribs celery, finely chopped 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 fennel bulb, cored and finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, crushed or sliced 2 large fresh bay leaves 1 Parmigiano-Reggiano rind 4 cups packed greens (escarole works great), roughly chopped Freshly grated nutmeg White pepper Lemons for juice THE MOVE: Cook ditalini 2 minutes less than package directions, drain, toss with a little EVOO, and set aside. Puree beans with about 2 cups stock until smooth. Heat EVOO in a Dutch oven over medium-high, add carrots, celery, onion, fennel, garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper, cover and sweat about 5 minutes until tender. Add Parm rind, bean puree, whole beans, remaining stock, nutmeg, and white pepper, then simmer 5 minutes. Stir in escarole until wilted, remove Parm rind, add pasta, and heat through. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, pecorino, chopped white onion, and a drizzle of EVOO!

These crab-stuffed shrimp are about to become your new signature dish 🦐 Recipe by @themoodyfoody #RecipeBelow #CookingWithRachaelRay For the shrimp: 2 lbs 16-20 shrimp, deveined & butterflied 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Old Bay 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp pepper For the filling: 8 oz lump or claw crab meat 1 cup cooked spinach, strained & chopped 6 oz chopped artichokes 1 cup mayo 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs 8 oz mozzarella & pepperjack cheese 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp dried herbs 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice + zest For the garlic butter dill sauce: 4 tbsp unsalted butter 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Season butterflied shrimp with olive oil, paprika, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs & pepper. Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl. Stuff each shrimp with the filling. Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Top with garlic butter dill sauce & serve
