Jamie Dimon has said that during the height of the 2008 financial crisis, JPMorgan’s leadership was essentially in nonstop emergency mode, working extremely long stretches often described as 15 to 20 hours a day, seven days a week, as markets froze and major firms like Lehman collapsed. In interviews and shareholder letters, Dimon recalled constant calls with regulators, Treasury officials, and bank executives while JPMorgan handled urgent decisions such as acquiring Bear Stearns in March 2008 and Washington Mutual in September, moves that helped stabilize the system but required round the clock crisis management. His point was that surviving the meltdown was not just about capital and risk controls but about relentless operational intensity and leadership focus during one of the most chaotic periods in modern banking history. 🚀 No Signals. @your.neurohealth.psychologist
Which mask is yours? 1. The Caretaker The role you had to take when parents were emotionally immature. You had to read their emotions before your own. You became the one who carried, because they couldnt. Now you hold space for everyone but yourself Your career: Therapist. Nurse. Teacher. Coach. HR. Still comforting. Still holding space. - 2. The Achiever Love came with results. So you learned to perform. To prove your worth. It wasn’t really enough to be you. Now you deliver - every day Your career: Result-oriented: PhD. CEO. Lawyer. Surgeon. Athlete. High performer in competitive fields. Your worth still is conditional, so you keep pushing through - 3. The Intellectualizer Back then - thinking became your escape. If you understand it, you don’t have to feel it. Your career: Academia. Research. Strategy. Law. Always busy. Rarely present enough to feel it all. Feelings are noise - until they catch up - Follow to stop living behind survival roles - and start living from safety🖤 - 4. The Peacemaker The role you had to take because conflict was always around. So you learned to regulate everyone else Your career: HR. Leadership. Mediation. Wellness. Coordinator. - 5. The Fixer Chaos once was your home. So control became your safety. You’re fast. Sharp. Brilliant in crisis. But quiet feels unsafe. Your career: Engineering, tech, startups, crisis management, healthcare, operations, project management. - 6. The Invisible One It was safer not to be seen. Not to take up space. Because your true self wasn’t welcomed Your career: Admin, logistics, support roles, analysts, back-office functions, behind-the-scenes specialists There, yet unseen - Many live from masks formed in another time. They helped us survive — but not truly live. They cost more than we realize. Eventually, it’s the nervous system that pays the price. This account is about one thing: moving out of survival autopilot and into safety. If this hits, it’s a sign of powerful growth potential. If it feels important, it’s because it is. If you want to understand how to move from survival to regulation, comment “me” and I’ll share the steps I had to take myself to take my life back. 🖤✨

"How the Modi Govt Saved India from the Global LPG Crisis" While the world panics over a massive global cooking gas shortage caused by the Middle East war, the Modi government just executed a masterclass in crisis management. In this video, we expose the truth behind the blocked Strait of Hormuz and explain why India's reliance on global imports was the brilliant, necessary cost of the PM Ujjwala Yojana—a scheme that rescued over 100 million rural women from toxic cooking smoke. Discover how the Modi administration instantly invoked the Essential Commodities Act, ruthlessly cut off industrial gas to protect your home, and ordered refineries to boost domestic LPG production by 30% almost overnight. The war is global, but the protection is entirely Indian. Watch how the government built a fortress around your kitchen, and why you absolutely do not need to panic buy! #ModiGovt #LPGCrisis #IndiaEconomics #KnowledgeRepublic #PMUjjwalaYojana #CrisisManagement #geopolitics

Things they don’t teach you in school 👀 After a decade across finance, PR, crisis management, tech, and startups — here’s what actually accelerates your career: 1. Manage up. Every single day. Before you log off, check in: “I’m heading out — anything I can take off your plate?” Most of the time the answer is no. That’s not the point. You signal ownership, reliability, leadership, that you actually care about your work and the company you work for. When real opportunities show up — you’re top of mind. That’s how you get promoted, make more money and work on more exciting things. You enter rooms where decisions are made. 2. Do your research. Before every meeting, know: – Who’s in the room – What they do External meeting? Google them. Recent funding? Launch? Industry shift? Mention it. Preparation builds authority. Sloppiness kills credibility. 3. Reduce friction. Stop 10-email scheduling chains. Propose multiple time slots. Send the invite immediately. If it’s coffee — suggest the location. Make it easy to work with you. 4. Build a network around people who solve different problems. Not just your peers. Not just your industry. AI can research. AI can summarize. AI cannot build trust. Connections are leverage. Access is power. When you’re laid off, pivoting, fundraising, launching — you don’t go to Google. You go to your network. In corporate, competence is baseline. Relationships make the difference. Follow @karinabarton_ if you’re in a process of reinventing your life and just tired of holding yourself back.

I understand why this conversation feels scary. Many people feel stuck between two extremes when it comes to reflux: “Medication is risky.” “Uncontrolled reflux is risky.” That kind of black-and-white framing creates more anxiety than clarity. Here’s the more regulated, evidence-based perspective. PPIs reduce acid production. For some people, especially those with erosive esophagitis or significant tissue damage, they can be protective and clinically appropriate. They are not inherently “good” or “bad.” They are a tool. Uncontrolled, chronic reflux can also carry risks over time. That’s why doing nothing isn’t the answer either. But the real issue is this: Medication alone does not correct the mechanical drivers of reflux. Acid suppression changes acidity. It does not change pressure dynamics, motility patterns, diaphragm function, or nervous system load. For many people, the most sustainable approach looks like: • Addressing meal size and timing to reduce intra-abdominal pressure • Supporting gastric emptying and motility coordination • Reducing cumulative trigger load during a healing phase • Protecting tissue when needed • Regulating the nervous system so digestion can function efficiently Sometimes that happens alongside medication. Sometimes it happens as part of a weaning strategy under medical supervision. It is not one-size-fits-all. The goal is not “natural versus medical.” The goal is structured, root-cause support that reduces long-term reliance on crisis management. For more such business stories comment “Startup” From an entry-level engineer to becoming the Chairman of India’s iconic ₹2,00,000 Crore Indian Oil — this is the story of Mr. Shrikant, a leader who proved that greatness is built through consistency, character, entrepreneurship and service. Starting as a chemical engineer and serving 37 years at Indian Oil, he grew through every role with a builder’s mindset — leading a company that touches 3.2 crore Indians every single day to delivering 25 Lakh LPG cylinders every day.
