CA… There’s only one way to cross stitch. 👀
That’s what I was told for years, and I believed it.
I stuck to the English method because it felt “correct,” and it worked… but then I discovered the Danish method, and suddenly I was stitching faster, my backs looked cleaner, and my projects felt easier to manage.
🤔 Does that mean the English method is wrong? Absolutely not. Both methods work beautifully - it just depends on what feels right for you and your hands.
The truth is, there isn’t a single “right” way to cross stitch. The best method is the one that makes you enjoy it most, not the one someone else says is correct.
💚 I’ve learned that experimenting, comparing, and finding what works for you is way more rewarding than sticking to one “rule.”
