It’s something you literally just need to be aware of and just sit with.. but also know the difference between mild hunger that you can sit with until your next meal & physical hunger where your body needs more energy There’s plenty of things I can write about this, but this was purely for the lol’s

Being in a calorie deficit is going to be hard because you are intentionally burning more calories than you are consuming but … It should not feel impossible and there are ways to make it easier by eating meals like this. When you focus not only on high protein but also high fiber you will not only have more volume in your meals the combinations are endless. This means being able to not have decision fatigue because you are not overcomplicating your meals. Weight Loss 101 For everyone still struggling to lose weight but just can’t quite get it right. Watch till the end. 3 golden rules. Nothing else really matters as much as these. Don’t get distracted by new buzzwords like inflammation, toxins, cortisol, insulin resistance, hormones, sugar etc. 1. Caloric deficit. Number 1 reason why people think a caloric deficit doesn’t work: They are not in fact in a caloric deficit. Say what you want. ‘I eat super clean, i don’t eat sugar, i eat all organic and vegan’. Whatever. You’re still not in a deficit. That means, fewer calories. ‘But i don’t like to track my food, it makes me stressed’. Yeah, tough. Then let’s just give up 🤷‍♂️ 2. Eat more protein. Aim for 2x bodyweight in kg. E.g. 80kg man eating 160g protein. Safe benchmark. 1.6-2.2g/kg of target bodyweight is the research figure. For the layman, 2x bodyweight works just fine. More is typically better for leaner, dieting individuals. Eating more protein directly benefits your fat loss journey: More fat loss and better muscle preservation. No protein = you end up flabby and weak after dieting because you lost muscle. Bye bye toned arms. Just skinny and flat. Not exactly the goal here. 3. Lift weights + cardio. Do both for best results. If you can only pick one, weights would give you a greater long term benefit. Cardio might help with burning more calories but again, we need to keep the muscle to get your dream body. Or are you? 🕵️ Just adding innocent ‘extras’ into your meals that you’re ‘forgetting about’ could very well make the difference between seeing fat loss and not. You know you need to be in a deficit to lose body fat but if you’re not losing body fat… I’d give that a second look. Boring I know.. it’s the law of science I don’t make this shit up 🤷🏻‍♀️
