COPeriperi chicken loaded garlic baguette!😍🔥 recipe below ⬇️
Ingredients:
-3 large chicken breasts
-peri peri seasoning
-periperi marinade
-salt
-1 onion
-1 bell pepper
-2 garlic baguettes
-grated cheese
Fresh parsley
Method:
-dice your chicken into chunks and place into a bowl, then dice your onion and pepper and place to one side. Add 2 tsp of Periperi seasoning, 1 tsp of salt, and Periperi marinade (your preferred one) into your chicken.
-add your onion and pepper and mix it all together
-cover with cling film and place into the fridge to marinate for 1-2 hours
-slice your baguettes down the middle being carful not to go all the way through, and place into the oven on 180 degrees until it starts to go golden and a little crispy
-place your marinated chicken to a hot pan and fry until your juice has gone and your chicken is fully cooked and a little charred (you can pour juice out while cooking if you want it dryer)
-add your chicken to your baguettes, cover with a layer of cheese and place back into the oven on 180 until your cheese is melted and starts to bubble
-sprinkle over with fresh parsley and a sauce of your choice and indulge!
