MEO eletrocardiograma (ECG) permite a análise da atividade elétrica cardíaca e é fundamental na identificação de ritmos potencialmente fatais.
🫀 Ritmo Sinusal Normal (RSN)
Caracteriza-se por:
• Onda P positiva em DII
• Relação 1:1 entre onda P e QRS
• Intervalo PR constante (120–200 ms)
• Frequência entre 60–100 bpm
Reflete ativação originada no nó sinoatrial com condução fisiológica.
⚡ Taquicardia Ventricular (TV)
Ritmo originado distalmente ao sistema His-Purkinje:
• Frequência geralmente > 100 bpm
• Complexos QRS largos (> 120 ms)
• Dissociação AV pode estar presente
• Possíveis batimentos de captura ou fusão
Compromete o débito cardíaco e pode degenerar em FV.
🚨 Fibrilação Ventricular (FV)
Atividade elétrica caótica e desorganizada:
• Ausência de complexos QRS identificáveis
• Oscilações irregulares de amplitude variável
• Ausência de contração mecânica efetiva
Ritmo chocável, associado à morte súbita.
⛔ Assistolia
Ausência de atividade elétrica ventricular:
• Linha isoelétrica persistente
• Não é ritmo chocável
Associada a prognóstico extremamente reservado.
O reconhecimento rápido desses padrões no ECG é crítico, especialmente em contextos de emergência e suporte avançado de vida.

MEECG em menos de 30s 🫀😂
Nem todo ritmo no ECG significa a mesma coisa. Olha a diferença entre alguns dos mais comuns:
Ritmo sinusal normal: é o coração funcionando como deveria. O impulso nasce no nó sinusal e os batimentos aparecem regulares, entre 60–100 bpm.
Taquicardia sinusal: é o mesmo ritmo normal, só que mais rápido (acima de 100 bpm). Pode acontecer em situações como exercício, febre, dor ou ansiedade.
Fibrilação atrial: aqui o ritmo perde a organização. Os átrios disparam impulsos elétricos caóticos e o coração passa a bater irregularmente, aumentando o risco de AVC.
Fibrilação ventricular: é a mais grave. A atividade elétrica dos ventrículos vira completamente desorganizada, o coração para de bombear sangue e ocorre parada cardíaca.
No ECG, poucos traços podem mostrar a diferença entre um coração normal… e uma emergência médica.
