These videos are important for us to share because they set realistic, transparent expectations. We’ve shown exactly what the required skills look like in order to be invited to the teams featured. Not just “can do it once,” but the standard it must be performed at.
Every team at EOD has a purpose, a pathway and a progression.
We are intentional about placing athletes where they can grow, thrive and feel successful.
And while every athlete’s journey is unique, some progress quickly, others take more time. Each pathway is designed to help them reach their long term goals safely and confidently.
But here’s the hard question every parent eventually faces:
Would you rather your child be on a team where they constantly struggle always receiving corrections because they simply weren’t ready…

On a team where they feel ready, confident, supported, and proud of what they can contribute?
This is why we show these videos.
This is why our standards exist.
This is why we place athletes where they belong right now, not where emotions wish they were.
When athletes are placed correctly:

• They stay safe
• They improve faster
• They enjoy training
• They hit their skills consistently
• And they grow into the athletes they dream of being
Our responsibility is to protect their experience, their safety and their long term success not just the short term “title of a team.”
