Our education system has trained generations to memorise answers instead of encouraging them to ask better questions. The result is a clear gap between what classrooms teach and what the world of work actually needs. This growing gap between education and employment is quietly pushing an entire generation towards joblessness. If we do not confront this reality and fix the system, we will continue to let down our youth and in doing so, the future of this country.
