AL1. Most people think a nuclear strike means instant death for everyone. That’s a myth. Research by FEMA and civil defense agencies in different countries shows the same thing — most victims after the initial strike don’t die from the explosion. They die within the first 24–72 hours from radioactive contamination that could have been avoided. Simply because no one knew what to do in the first hour.
2. Here’s what determines everything. Radioactive fallout is the most dangerous part after the explosion — it settles within the first 15–30 minutes. A person who is outside during this time receives a dose 50–100 times higher than someone who gets inside any building. Any building — brick, concrete, even wood — is better than nothing. A concrete basement reduces exposure by 200–500 times. That’s the difference between life and death — literally.
3. And now the harsh truth. 95% of people in a nuclear strike will go outside. Out of curiosity. Panic. To find relatives. Exactly in the first 30 minutes when fallout is most active. That’s the main cause of death — not the blast, not radiation from the epicenter, but fallout in the first half hour in open air.
4. The algorithm that only 1 in 1,000 people knows. When you see the flash — drop down, cover your head, don’t look. After that — immediately go to the nearest building. Close all windows and ventilation. Remove outer clothing at the entrance. Wash yourself. Do not go outside for at least 24 hours. Turn on the radio — official channels will give instructions. That’s enough to survive the first wave.
5. Civil defense exists exactly for this. It’s just no longer taught. But the knowledge that saves lives is still simple and accessible.

📌 Non-Repatriability: Funds in an NRO account are generally non-repatriable, meaning they cannot be freely transferred outside India. However, current income (like rent or interest) can be repatriated subject to applicable taxes.
📌 Restriction on NRE/FCNR: NRE (Non-Resident External) or FCNR (Foreign Currency Non-Resident) accounts cannot typically be opened in the name of an HUF, as these are meant for individuals.
📌 Permissible Credits: The account can be credited with: Remittances from abroad. Legitimate local dues in India (e.g., rent, dividends). Interest on deposits.
📌 Permissible Debits: The account can be used for local payments in India.
📌 Joint Bank Accounts: An NRO account can be held jointly with a resident Indian, typically on a 'former or survivor' basis.

📍HUF Formation Deed: An officially executed document forming the HUF.
📍PAN Card: A Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for the HUF entity.
📍Karta's Details: Valid passport, visa, and proof of non-resident status of the Karta.
📍A declaration stating the control and management of the #HUF is outside India.
📍Bank Verification: The bank will conduct "in-person verification" of the Karta.
