RU🔥 AM SAMSTAG 06.09. IST ES SOWEIT 🔥
Ich laufe um den BODENSEE. Ziemlich genau 200 km. So schnell wie es eben an dem Tag X geht… 💥
Ihr könnt LIVE dabei sein. Es wird ein Live Tracking geben, so dass ihr mitlaufen könnt. Oder radeln oder was auch immer. Worauf ihr Lust habt. :-) Würde mich sehr über Begleitung freuen.
Start wird um 16:00 Uhr sein. Ankunft hoffentlich morgens SO 07.09.
Pace am Anfang 4:40 min./km.
Alle 15 km eine VP, wo ich kurz auflade. Dann geht es aber direkt weiter.
Mehr Details, Infos zum Start und der komplette Zeitplan plus VP Stationen etc. poste ich bald….
Bis dahin wird noch bischen trainiert, aber auch Urlaub gemacht und noch der Red Bull WATTLAUF am 31.08. geballert. 💦

Bridges, burritos, and guy named Bill. Day 2 got us AHEAD of schedule by routing over this crazy bridge. I found a a chipotle and got myself two huge burritos, I went through a tunnel, which reminded me of home in Yosemite, which made me a little bit homesick, we pushed all the way into Pacific city and tried to recover as fast as possible as our calorie deficit is off the charts.

THOzark Trail—here I come! This will be my first attempt to set an unsupported “Fastest Known Time”, and I really hope I’m able to do it.
The Ozark Trail is special for us. We lived in Missouri for a few years and we’ve volunteered to help build parts of this trail.
My gear will be as bare-bones as possible so I can travel fast with a light pack. I’ll cowboy camp instead of pitching a tent, I’ll chemical-treat my water instead of spending time filtering, and I’ll cold soak instead of stopping to cook.
