Taking this on was a big / slightly scary leap . 🙈🤪 Before FASTer Way, I had already been coaching in the wellness space for years through BODi. I LOVED helping women move their bodies and build healthy habits. But in 2025 the company went through a big business model shift, and it was time for me to start looking for another coaching platform. I knew I still wanted to coach women… I just wanted to make sure I was aligned with the right system and structure. What stood out to me about FASTer Way was that it wasn’t just workouts or another diet. It’s a proven fitness and nutrition system built around strength training, strategic nutrition, and sustainable habits that actually work for busy women.🙌🙌 Another thing that mattered to me was the integrity of the coaching model. FASTer Way coaches go through a certification process, and the company intentionally keeps certification events limited throughout the year to ensure they’re bringing in high-quality coaches. This spoke to me.🙌 So I took the leap. And here we are one year later, I’m so incredibly grateful I did.🤸🏻🩵 Not just because of the business opportunity — but because I get to help women build strength, confidence, and consistency in their health. 🚀 The Easiest High-Protein Breakfast Hack I think I just found the easiest way to get your protein in without standing over a stove every morning 👀 As a faster-way coach + busy working mom, this is my go-to hack for make-ahead breakfasts you can: Pack for lunch 🥗 Grab on the way out 🚗 Even take on a spring break road trip 🍎 Apple Protein Oat Cake — high-protein, naturally sweet, and fully make-ahead Ingredients (3 servings): 1 cup oats 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 small apple, diced ⅔–¾ cup almond milk 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt Optional sweetener Steps (super simple): 1️⃣ Mix dry: oats + protein + cinnamon + baking powder + salt 2️⃣ Add wet: eggs + almond milk → mix 3️⃣ Fold in apples 4️⃣ Pour into greased Pyrex 5️⃣ Bake 350°F / 30–35 min 💪 Macros (Per Serving): Calories: ~140 kcal Protein: ~17 g Carbs: ~15 g Fat: ~2–3 g Fiber: ~3 g Pro Tips: Eggs = protein-packed binder Oats = slow release energy Apples = natural sweet crunch Air fryer = crispy edges, soft center Tastes even better the next day ✨ Make it once → eat for days ✨ No soggy mess, no mid-morning crash Want more make-ahead breakfast ideas? Processed food hangovers are real. I used to think that feeling was normal. Now I know it’s feedback. When I eat mostly whole foods, enough protein, balanced carbs, simple meals on repeat… ✔️ I wake up clear ✔️ My energy is steady ✔️ My cravings calm down ✔️ My body feels safe It’s not about being perfect. It’s about feeling good in your actual life. I don’t eat fancy. I eat repeatable. This is probably my biggest hack and reason for losing 70lbs and keeping it off 5 years now.
