मेरठ में सेहत से खिलवाड़ करने वाले एक बड़े फर्जीवाड़े का पर्दाफाश हुआ है, जहां सगे भाई जाबिर और हामिद कथित तौर पर अलग-अलग फैक्ट्रियों में नकली और मिलावटी पनीर तैयार कर रहे थे। Meerut के जानी थाना क्षेत्र के नगला कुंभा गांव में खाद्य विभाग और पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में छापेमारी की गई, जिसमें भारी मात्रा में मिलावटी पनीर और खतरनाक केमिकल बरामद हुए। जांच टीम ने हामिद की फैक्ट्री से 16 क्विंटल और जाबिर की फैक्ट्री से 12 क्विंटल नकली पनीर बरामद किया। इसके अलावा मौके से 5300 लीटर दूध, पामोलिन तेल, मैदा और संदिग्ध केमिकल भी मिले, जिनका इस्तेमाल डेयरी प्रोडक्ट बनाने में किया जा रहा था। कार्रवाई के दौरान दोनों फैक्ट्रियों को सील कर दिया गया और बरामद माल को नष्ट कर दिया गया। प्रारंभिक जांच में यह भी सामने आया है कि यह मिलावटी पनीर दिल्ली, उत्तराखंड और एनसीआर के कई इलाकों में सप्लाई किया जा रहा था, जिससे लोगों की सेहत को बड़ा खतरा हो सकता था। हालांकि छापेमारी की भनक लगते ही दोनों आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए और पुलिस उनकी तलाश में जुटी है। #meerut #fakepaneer #foodadulteration #healthhazard #healthalert #foodsafety #policeraid #breakingnews #upnews #ncrnews #adulterationcase #publichealth #crimenews #foodscam #staysafe #indianews #viralrëëls #ᴠɪʀᴀʟᴠɪᴅᴇᴏ #trendingreels❤️ #explorers

Following a tip-off, the Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA) busted two illegal production units where authorities found the dairy staple being fabricated using a hazardous concoction of refined oil, urea, sulphuric acid, and detergents. Described by officials as a "slow poison," the counterfeit product was designed to mimic the texture and appearance of real paneer at a fraction of the cost, posing severe health risks to thousands of unsuspecting consumers.
