MOAs consumers, it’s our responsibility to demand better from these companies! Based on our very comprehensive research, we’ve confirmed these companies either knowingly add toxic fire retardant chemicals to their car seats or they refuse to guarantee that these chemicals are not present in the car seat parts.
Why are they a hidden danger?
When chemical fire retardants off-gas, they are known to have harmful effects on those who breathe them in. 😮💨 Children are especially susceptible as their bodies are still forming. Some of these harmful effects include:

☠️ hyperactivity
☠️ hormone disruption

🤥 Many companies inadvertently mislead people by advertising their FABRICS (or textiles) are free of fire retardants (sounds great!) but make no mention of the fact that the FOAM and other components in the seat contain them.
🌟 The good news is some companies make their car seats without adding any toxic flame retardants. We’ve reached out to a bunch of companies and have found which ones are safe; Those are the only one you’ll find on our website!
