After recurrent loss and an endometriosis diagnosis, I became a gal who reads labels, researches materials, questions coatings, and changes lighting. These were 4 kitchen upgrades that helped me feel like I was supporting my hormones instead of unknowingly working against them: 1. Enamel cast iron instead of coated nonstick 2. Glass and stainless air fryer instead of Teflon baskets 3. Espresso machine without plastic piping 4. Warm, flicker-free circadian bulbs at night instead of LEDs I didn’t make these all at once, it’s been a 5 year journey of creating a home that feels calm, safe, and supportive one small upgrade at a time. And now as I have 3 under 3, I’ve continued with these shifts. Because it’s no longer about my own body but also creating a healthier home for my family 🏠 And sometimes supporting it well looks like swapping your crockpot or switching your lightbulbs. Comment SHOP and I’ll send you links to everything, and along if you’re trying to build a healthier home too 🤍

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, so I wanted to share a little encouragement. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2014, and for most of my adult life I’ve struggled with feeling like I couldn’t keep up with my home. I would see clean, organized spaces online and try different routines and schedules… but then a bad day (or week… or month) would hit, and I couldn’t maintain it. Over time, I started looking at how we actually live in our home and created simple systems that work for our family. I plan for the hard days now. And I can rest knowing I won’t have to dig myself out of an overwhelming mess later. If you’re living with endometriosis or another chronic illness, you are seen 🤍 and you are doing an amazing job. #endometriosisawareness #chronicillnesslife #momlife #graceoverperfection #reallife

after my endometriosis diagnosis, I started looking at everything in our home differently. From food and products to air, water and… the EMFs we were sleeping next to every single night. 😅 So we installed a WiFi kill switch in our bedroom and it might be one of the best things we’ve ever done 🏠💤 Wireless routers emit EMFs while running, and while research is still evolving, some studies suggest prolonged exposure may impact health. and we’re the first generation living with 24/7 WiFi, smart devices, boosters, bluetooth… basically constant connectivity from the moment we wake up to the moment we fall asleep. Of course we can’t avoid it completely. we work from our phones, and our kids will grow up in a digital world. but we can reduce exposure where it’s unnecessary (like while we sleep). This WiFi off switch was so easy to install and now turning it off at night is just part of our routine. no unplugging or digging behind furniture. it’s just a switch. we love it because it: • reduces overnight EMF exposure • encourages less late-night scrolling (bonus) • supports a better sleep environment • takes zero effort once it’s installed Such a small upgrade but makes such a big difference. If you’re trying to reduce your toxic load without overhauling your entire life, this is the kind of thing I’m always going to share here. comment SWITCH and I’ll DM you the link to ours 🔌

If you have endo and you’ve spent hours googling “what to eat for endometriosis” only to end up more confused than when you started… this is for you. 💛 Because the internet will tell you to cut out gluten, avoid dairy, go vegan, eat carnivore — and somehow do all of it at once while managing chronic pain and exhaustion. It’s overwhelming. And most of it isn’t even personalized to YOUR body. Here’s what I know after over a decade in remission and years of helping women with endo heal from the inside out: 👉🏼 There is no one-size-fits-all endo diet. But there IS a way to figure out exactly what YOUR body needs to calm inflammation, balance hormones, and start feeling like yourself again. That’s exactly what this account is for. And it’s exactly what we do inside my Endometriosis Nutrition Coaching program. 🌿 We don’t guess. We test. Then we build a personalized plan around YOUR unique gut imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and inflammatory triggers — so every strategy actually works for your body. ✨ Less pain ✨ More energy ✨ A gut that finally cooperates ✨ Periods that don’t steal days from your life You don’t have to figure this out alone anymore. 🫶🏼 Ready to stop spinning your wheels and start healing strategically? Today already feels like one of those days 🫩 Something new I'm learning about myself is conserving energy, especially durring a flare up. I'm 50/50 if this flare is food related or hormone related (mid cycle). Either way, over 24 hours of pain that panadol and neuophen hardly takes the edge off, bit of nausea, and struggling at times to walk. Let alone the impact on my sleep... So yeah, the last thing I want to do is wash up an extra bowl or plate 😅 #endoawareness #endometriosis #pot #pan #whocares

One of the most exhausting parts of healing endometriosis isn’t just the symptoms... It’s the emotional rollercoaster.🎢 One day you feel hopeful. You’ve made changes, are eating differently, supporting your body & feeling like things are moving in the right direction. And the next day a flare hits, the bloating comes back, the fatigue shows up again. Suddenly your mind goes straight to: “Is any of this actually working?” 😔 This back-and-forth is incredibly common when you’re navigating a complex condition like endometriosis. Healing rarely happens in a straight line. Your body is recalibrating inflammation, hormone signalling, immune activity, gut health, and nervous system regulation all at once. Some days you feel the progress, and other days you only feel the work. That’s *exactly* why structure and support matter so much in this process. When you understand what your body is doing and how to support it step-by-step, those swings between hope and overwhelm start to make a lot more sense. Next week I’m hosting my free 5-Day Endo Kickstart where we begin laying the foundations for healing by supporting your gut, nervous system, hormones, and inflammatory load. If you want to join me, comment KICKSTART and I’ll DM you the registration link 🫶🏽 xoxo Khush — endometriosis, endo support, endometriosis support, endo pain, endometriosis awareness, endometriosis awareness month, endo awareness month, endo sucks, endo warrior, endometriosis warrior, TTC with endo, endo belly, endo flare, chronic pelvic pain, this is endometriosis, endo community, living with endometriosis, endo strong, endo sisters, chronic pain relief, endo diet, chronic illness life, chronic illness support, invisible illness awareness, women’s health coach, holistic nutritionist

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month. And I’m tired. Not just “I didn’t sleep well” tired. Chronic pain. Hormone shifts. Inflammation. Brain fog. Endometriosis isn’t just a period problem. It’s a whole body disease that affects so much more than one week a month. Today the dishes are staying in the sink. Because listening to my body matters. 💛 There was a time when my pain was questioned. When I was told it probably wasn’t endometriosis. During surgery, more was found than “expected.” I’ve heard that pregnancy could “fix it.” I’ve also learned how complicated and high risk that could be for me. But my pain has always been real. That’s why I talk about it. Because so many people are still told it’s “just cramps” or “all in their head.” If that’s been your experience too, I see you. I’m sharing this because awareness matters—and because none of us should have to feel alone in it. 💛

Professional women and busy moms with endometriosis are often taught to push through. Skip meals. Grab convenience foods. Drink more caffeine. Keep going. But endometriosis is an inflammatory, metabolic, whole-body disease. Your body needs real nourishment. When I started prioritizing whole foods again — protein, fiber, healthy fats, minerals — everything began shifting. Energy. Inflammation. Blood sugar stability. Hormonal signaling. But something else happened too. My kids started seeing what it looks like when a woman cares for her body instead of abandoning it to stay productive. Cooking meals together. Sharing real food. Slowing down long enough to nourish ourselves. That’s not just dinner. That’s modeling health. And for women with endometriosis… food is one of the most powerful tools we have. If you want guidance on how to actually eat in a way that supports healing with endometriosis, that’s exactly what I help women do. DM me “HEAL” or book a call (link in bio) and we’ll create a strategy so you can stop guessing and start supporting your body. #endometriosis #healing #realfood #slowdown

After struggling with endometriosis, constant bloating, and never-ending fatigue… I knew something had to change. I was tired of planning my day around how I felt. Tired of the afternoon crashes. Tired of feeling like my body was working against me. So I started being more intentional about supporting my gut, hormones, and energy in a way that actually felt sustainable. Here’s what I take daily now: • Gut health – to support digestion & ease bloating • Antioxidant capsule – to help reduce inflammation & support hormone balance • Functional beverage – for steady energy and focus without the jitters This routine has helped me feel lighter, more balanced, and energized throughout the day. And the best part? I get to help other women support their health and even support themselves with an additional stream of income if they want to. 💛 If you’re doing everything “right” but still not feeling your best, DM me “ROUTINE.” I’d love to share what’s been working for me. #endometriosisjourney #balancedhormones #bloatingrelief #holistichealth #flexibleincome

Trying to choose a “safe” meal… …but nothing feels safe. You’re standing there looking at all the options. 🛒 Reading labels. 🛒 Second guessing ingredients. 🛒 Trying to work out what might be “ok”. And somehow…it still feels like a risk. Because it’s not just about what looks healthy, or what you’ve been told is “safe”. Yesterday’s meal might have felt fine, and today the exact same thing doesn’t. So you start questioning everything... 🤔 Should I avoid that? 🤔 Was it something I ate earlier? 🤔 Am I just getting it wrong? And over time food stops feeling simple. 😩 It becomes something you have to think about manage, and sometimes even avoid. But this isn’t about you doing something wrong. With endometriosis your body is responding to multiple things at once: 🦠 Your gut 🌡️ Yourhormones 🧠 Your nervous system 🔥 Inflammation levels So the same meal can feel completely different depending on what else is going on in your body that day. Which is why trying to find one “problem food” usually doesn’t give you the answers. What actually helps is understanding: ✨What your body tolerates. ✨ How different foods affect YOU. ✨And how to build meals that support your gut, hormones, and nervous system. Because when you have that clarity food starts to feel a lot less stressful, and a lot more predictable. If you’d like support understanding your symptoms and finding an approach that works for your body, you can message me or apply to work with me via the link in my bio. 💛 #endometriosis #endo #endowarrior #endometriosissupport #endodiet
