RUI really don’t understand the whole running vest thing. If you tell people off for wearing a running vest, ngl… you’re weird 🤣
I can understand wearing carbons for certain runs, but honestly, wear whatever you want. You bought it, so you can wear it wherever and whenever you like.
BUT, do your research beforehand about carbon plate shoes. Carbons can be a double-edged sword.
