Whenever I look to challenge myself, I naturally gravitate towards testing myself in movement range plus weight (by add a complexity to the exercise — add a jumping lunge in this video to a simple clean, for example). . This has elements of functional strength, rhythm, coordination and breathing. It is one of my favourite to get “into the zone” and I am so grateful to be able to spread this vibration through the FITCATION. .
