This performance at GFA is something I’m really not happy with. After everything that happened in the past month — the marathon of competitions, the constant inner pressure — there was a moment when I wanted to give up. And when a performance starts falling apart, the only thing I kept doing was fighting. The path of a musician isn’t a straight line upward. It’s a cycle of ups and downs, shaped by external events and inner states. It’s a journey where you constantly confront yourself. Competitions are sometimes not about music — but about mental endurance. They’re an incredible school of survival. That’s why I kept competing until now. Everything I’ve gone through over these 15 years as a contestant — it made me strong. And I take full responsibility for both failure and success. After GFA, I started receiving comments like this one (leaving it here — very telling): “If you can’t conform to the standards then don’t play in competitions?!?!?! You’re not that great, get over yourself. Don’t let your social media following inflate your ego. You have to realize that a big reason you have so many followers is simply because you are a woman.” Yes — Your reputation can be destroyed in a moment. But the work and experience you’ve built over years doesn’t vanish. It stays with you. It shapes you. Even when everything feels unstable. I’m still going through transformations. And honestly, this isn’t the easiest period of my life. But standing tall and moving forward — or giving up at a turning point — is a choice. And yes, I am a woman. I am a wife and a mother, and my heart aches with all the uncertainty life throws at us. I’m not a robot. I have the right to make mistakes — because I gave myself that right. And finally — thank you, GFA, for this experience. It was my childhood dream to perform at this competition. I truly feel happy to have been here, and I deeply hope to come back to the United States one day. #love #gfa

10/02/2026 🇬🇮 🏟️⚽🏃 GOOD BYE !!! THE LAST DAY OF THE VICTORIA STADIUM Victoria Stadium was constructed at the foot of the Rock of Gibraltar and next to Gibraltar Airport in the North District. It was first opened in 1926 as a British military sports ground. In 1970, the stadium was rebuilt by the Royal Engineers as a sports ground for use by both the military forces and the civilian population of Gibraltar.  In 1991, the Government of Gibraltar financed improvements of Victoria Stadium's pitch and athletics track. The construction of the stadium was controversial as it was built on the disputed isthmus between Gibraltar and Spain. When the Gibraltar Football Association applied for membership of UEFA in 2007, Spanish-led opposition caused FIFA officials to look at the wording of the Treaty of Utrecht which ceded Gibraltar to the United Kingdom in 1713. In it, they claimed that there was a loophole in the treaty which they claimed violated FIFA regulations in that the national stadium had to be built on undisputed land. As Victoria Stadium was built on the isthmus which was not mentioned in the Treaty of Utrecht but ceded later and this fact was pointed out to UEFA members, Gibraltar's application was voted by UEFA's member associations to be rejected. Only the Home Nations of England, Wales and Scotland voted in favour of them joining. Despite initial plans to replace the stadium in the 2010s, the Gibraltar Football Association purchased the stadium from the Government of Gibraltar in April 2017 in order to improve and renovate it. The redevelopment of the stadium began in 2023, with the national team announcing they will play UEFA and FIFA games in Faro, Portugal. The Gibraltar national team planned to play their 2022–23 UEFA Nations League relegation playoffs at Victoria Stadium, but this match was moved to the Estádio Algarve after the redevelopment of the Victoria Stadium began. #gfa #football #victoriastadium #arena #construction
