I’ve decided to start learning Go lang for backend web development. 👨🏽‍💻 I’ve been using NextJS for frontend development for around 3 years, but lately, the backend has caught my attention. Today, I focused on learning the basics of Go, especially its syntax and topics like data structures, interfaces, structs, and pointers. I emphasized:🤌🏽 - What structs are and how to use them. - How interfaces work in Go. - How to use pointers in Go. - How to structure my web project. I created my first REST API in Go using the GIN framework. Due to my programming experience, it wasn’t too difficult, but I want to keep learning.
