No vídeo eu te mostro o passo a passo SIMPLES para pegar o que sobrou da sua fermentação (tipo o de ora-pro-nobis) e iniciar o processo para ter um vinagre potente.
Por que fazer isso?
Zero Desperdício: Aproveita 100% da matéria-prima.
Mais Potência pro Cultivo: Vinagre vivo é um aliado absurdo: ajuda a solubilizar minerais e acidifica caldas, liberando mais nutriente para as plantas.
É pra Cozinha Também: Dá para usar como um vinagre normal.
O Processo:
Coagem: Separa o líquido (que já é o FPJ/FFJ pronto) do bagaço. O líquido você reserva ou já usa (diluição 1:500 em caldas ou biofertilizantes, ou até na cozinha).
Preparação: Adiciona água (o dobro ou até 4x o peso do bagaço) e açúcar mascavo (no mínimo 20% em peso da quantidade de água).
Fermentação Alcoólica: De 5 a 10 dias mexendo 1x por dia. Fica com cheiro de álcool/vinho caseiro.
Fermentação Acética (O Vinagre em si): Pode adicionar um pouco de Vinagre Vivo de qualidade para acelerar. Deixa rolar uns 90 dias (sim, é demorado, mas o resultado vale a pena!)
Dica Extra: Se quiser reduzir o tempo, o “segredo” é adicionar um pouco de vinagre vivo de qualidade no segundo processo.

TUBiológico associado a aplicações químicas, funciona?
Vou mostrar o resultado de 3 experimentos feitos com e sem biológico:
1️⃣ No primeiro tratamento, percebemos uma alta pressão de bipolaris, onde há uma testemunha com o baixeiro completamente comprometido.
2️⃣ No segundo tratamento, realizamos três aplicações químicas. Observamos um pouco mais de folhas no baixeiro e uma menor quantidade de doença, tornando um tratamento melhor em relação à testemunha.
3️⃣ Já no último tratamento, unimos aplicações químicas às aplicações biológicas, usando nesse caso um bacillus. Na primeira aplicação do vegetativo, utilizamos apenas o biológico e depois adicionamos químicos entre V6, V8 e pré-pendoamento.
Se observa uma melhora no baixeiro, resultando em uma menor quantidade de doença e a planta muito mais verde.
✅ Portanto, uma forma de melhorar seu manejo é adicionando biológico ao químico.
