Let me help you ⬇️ Here’s how you can reverse gut damage👇 1. Might sound controversial, but avoid excess protein when you know your gut is weak. Indulge in lighter food which is nutritious but doesn’t put a load on your gut. (Eg: soup, khichdi, dal rice, etc) 2. Avoid sugar as much as possible, not even honey. Fruits are allowed. ✅ 3. If dairy irritates your gut, avoid it! These are the signs that dairy isn’t suiting : it may lead to nausea, bloating,acne diarrhoea, or cramps. 4. Make sure you eat slower (atleast 15 minutes), walk 5 minutes after your meals & do not drink water with your meal & for 20 minutes after. 5. Now to reverse your gut damage, you need omega acids (which everyone is deficient in…unless you eat marine based food every day). So this is an important supplement for EVERYONE. When food enters your stomach, it stretches the stomach wall and signals the colon to contract — basically saying, “Make space.” So you feel the urge to go. It’s common in kids, after large meals, with coffee, or during stress. And you’re not passing the food you just ate — it’s from earlier meals. 👉 When should you worry?
