Além disso, aumenta endorfinas, dopamina e BDNF, substâncias importantes para humor, foco e saúde cerebral. 2️⃣ Proteína distribuída ao longo do dia A ingestão adequada de proteína melhora saciedade e estabilidade glicêmica. E ainda fornece aminoácidos essenciais para a produção de neurotransmissores ligados ao humor, como serotonina e dopamina. 3️⃣ Sono profundo e consistente Dormir pouco aumenta grelina (hormônio da fome), reduz leptina (saciedade) e eleva cortisol. Erhöhtes Cortisol begünstigt viszerales Fett, Insulinresistenz und Schlafstörungen.�(auch wenn Cortisol per se wichtig und nicht böse ist) Was ich heute anders mache: Ich reguliere aktiv. Dinge langsamer tun, Atmungsfokus, Spaziergänge, Licht, Pausen. Stressmanagement ist keine Schwäche, sondern Biochemie.
